My sweet baby girl has turned 2!! I’m happy and sad all at the same time. She is less of a baby every single day, yet I love her little personality. She is spunky, aggressive and loves to laugh. She clearly feels the need to fight for what she wants and doesn’t shy away from anything. She is very adventurous and was ready to go down a big slide when she was 1, she only likes to ride the big kid swings and steps on an escalator without giving it a second thought. She is always ready to “move forward” without thinking – which I can’t help but love about her, but it clearly makes me nervous!

We were a tad nervous that she wasn’t talking for a while, but she does say a new word every few days now. And sometimes I can’t understand the word, but I can understand what she means. She can point to all letters of the alphabet. I just feel like she is coasting right along as she should for a 2 year old.

She loves books and reading. She especially loves those “Look & Find” books with the hidden pictures.

I can’t wait to see what this next year holds with this sweet girl. She certainly makes my heart melt with every little thing she does!
