I love being able to honor my Aunt Lois by making the chocolate pie she taught me about 10 years ago. It reminds me of good times with her growing up. I wished I could have texted her a few times throughout (Like I added too much water to the dough… Now what do I do?!) 

I will always think of her when I make this, and when I share the final pie with others. I love and miss my dear Aunt Lois. It still seems so recent that she passed 😦
